Q. What is an MPAN or MPRN?
A. An MPAN (Meter Point Administration Number) identifies your electricity supply, while an MPRN (Meter Point Reference Number) identifies your gas supply. These unique reference numbers are linked to your business premises. Your MPAN is a 13-digit number found on your electricity bill, and your MPRN is a 6–10 digit number found on your gas bill.
Q. Are you tied to any energy suppliers?

Q. My business has sites both in Yorkshire and elsewhere in the UK. Can you manage them all?
A. Yes. We support businesses with single or multiple sites throughout the UK, regardless of location.
Q. What is a rollover contract or tariff?
A. A rollover tariff is usually applied when notice to terminate your existing contract has not been given within your supplier’s required notice period. These tariffs are often significantly more expensive than negotiated contract rates.
Q. What are deemed or default rates?
A. Deemed (or default) rates are standard out-of-contract prices charged by suppliers and are typically much higher than fixed contract rates. You may be placed on these rates if you have moved into new premises without arranging a contract, your previous contract has ended without a new agreement being put in place, or you have terminated your contract but have not yet switched supplier.
Q. How can I find out when my energy contract ends?
A. Your current supplier can provide your contract end date. Your contract end date should be on your energy bill. Alternatively, with your signed Letter of Authority (LOA), we can contact your supplier on your behalf and obtain this information for you.
